Marketplace model
DentaNow is a B2B marketplace connecting licensed dentists, dental supply merchants, and delivery couriers for physical dental supplies and real-world delivery in Egypt. DentaNow is not the seller of every listed product; merchants supply inventory and pricing, and drivers fulfil delivery.
Orders and fulfilment
Orders are placed in the dentist app, accepted by merchants, and delivered by drivers. Status changes and chat are shown in the relevant apps. Prescription-only items require a verified dentist account and an uploaded prescription image.
Payments
Launch payment methods are cash on delivery (COD) and InstaPay bank transfer to the corporate Instant Payment Address shown at checkout. Card rails may be enabled later when configured. For InstaPay: transfer the exact order amount, include the order payment code when prompted by your bank app, upload a receipt from your photo library, and submit the InstaPay reference. Manual review may take time; the payment window is 24 hours unless otherwise stated. Refunds for verified InstaPay payments are processed manually by DentaNow operations.
Cancellation and disputes
Orders may be cancelled according to status rules shown in the apps. Disputes about product quality, delivery, or payment should be raised through in-app support. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, including Law No. 72 of 2017 on investment and applicable consumer and e-commerce rules for B2B marketplace activity.
Acceptable use
Users must provide accurate registration information, keep credentials secure, and must not abuse reviews, payments, or delivery confirmation. Fraudulent InstaPay proofs or reused receipts may lead to order cancellation and account review.
